  • Boiled eggs - 6 pcs
  • Mayonnaise – 500 gr

Preparation:

1. First of all, of course, you should boil the fillet and eggs. While cooking meat, salt the water to taste. And you can take any mushrooms you have. I have had a lot of frozen boletus and aspen boletuses in my freezer since the fall. So I'll take them. But you can also buy champignons, which are in the vegetable departments all year round. Peel and cut them into small pieces and fry in a frying pan along with finely chopped onion for about 15 minutes, remembering to stir. Salt them too while frying.

2. Now we begin to lay down the layers. To do this, prepare a flat plate. Take the fillet and separate it directly with your hands into fibers, as if tearing off pieces. Place them in the first layer, distributing them evenly over the plate. Then spread this layer with mayonnaise.

3. Place a layer of mushrooms fried with onions on top of the meat. Flatten them and spread a little mayonnaise on top too.

3. Cut the pineapples into small cubes. And then put them in the next layer and distribute them evenly around the entire perimeter. They also need to be greased with a little mayonnaise and sprinkled with ground black pepper.

Leave one ring to decorate our dish.

4. Next, grate the boiled eggs on a fine grater. Place them in the next layer, level and brush with mayonnaise. And cover everything with grated cheese with the last layer. I usually grate it on a medium or fine grater. Cut the remaining pineapple ring into pieces and randomly place them on top, thus decorating our salad. That's all, now all that remains is to simply put it on the table with the rest of the dishes.

A simple salad recipe with pineapples, chicken breast, corn and cheese

Well, haven’t I tired you yet with puff salads? And this option is simpler, which does not spoil its taste at all. And make it even easier and faster than the previous ones. So get started.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast fillet – 400 g
  • Canned corn - 1 can
  • Canned pineapples - 1 can
  • Hard cheese - 200 gr
  • Mayonnaise - 3-4 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 5 pcs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dill - for decoration.

Preparation:

1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender, about 30-40 minutes after boiling. Also boil the eggs in advance, cool them and peel them. Cut the pineapples into small pieces.

2. Cut the cooled meat into cubes and place in a prepared deep dish. Cut the eggs and cheese into cubes and add them too. Then add corn and chopped pineapples to the dish. Season with mayonnaise and mix.

3. Taste and add as much salt as needed. Mix thoroughly and place in prepared salad bowl. Sprinkle chopped dill on top. That's all. Help yourself.

Salad “Lady's whim” with chicken and pineapple for the festive table

I offer you a not entirely classic version of this salad. Most often it is made with prunes, but I don’t really like dried fruits. Therefore, I found a worthy replacement for prunes. I also replaced traditional mayonnaise with yogurt. And it turned out to be simply amazing and delicious “Lady's whim”. Try making it according to my recipe, you might like it.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken fillet - 1 piece
  • Canned pineapple - 1 can
  • Hard cheese – 180 gr
  • Sweet and sour grapes – 250 gr
  • Walnut – 100 gr
  • Natural yogurt (without flavoring additives) – 150 g

Preparation:

1. Cut hard cheese and fillet into cubes. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. And put everything in a salad bowl.

2. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Roast the peeled walnuts for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. Then remove the husks and chop them finely. This will give them an even richer taste. Then add these ingredients to the rest.

3. Now just add the yoghurt and stir. You will get a very delicate culinary miracle that will go perfectly with a glass of white wine for the New Year.

New Year's salad with chicken, pineapple, garlic and cheese in tartlets

Festive salad in tartlets will be an excellent decoration for your New Year's table. They look very elegant and at the same time they are convenient because they are already divided into portions. In principle, you can put anything in them, but try using my recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 300 gr
  • Pineapples – 200 gr
  • Hard cheese – 100 gr
  • Shelled walnuts - 50 g
  • Boiled egg - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt and ground pepper - to taste
  • Tartlets

Preparation:

1. Boil the fillet and cool. Then cut them into cubes. Cut the pineapples into cubes too. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the nuts with a knife. Peel the boiled eggs and finely chop or grate on a fine grater. Garlic can be passed through a press or chopped with a knife. Place everything in one dish, season with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste.

2. All that remains is to mix everything, place in prepared tartlets and decorate with herbs. Then place them on the table. And they will not make it even more festive and beautiful, not to mention how tasty they are.
