  • egg - 1 pc.,
  • milk - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 2-3 tbsp. l.,
  • bread crumbs - 3-4 tbsp. l.,
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Grind the turkey fillet or chop in a food processor (pulsation mode). Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the cooled butter into small cubes.
  3. Pour cream into slices of bread without a crust, and when the bread is well saturated with cream, put it in a colander without squeezing.
  4. Add the cream-soaked bread to a bowl of meat, knead until smooth. Continuing to knead the minced meat, add the pieces of butter in portions. When the minced meat becomes smooth, homogeneous, cover the bowl with the minced meat with cling film and refrigerate for a while while we prepare the filling and breading.
  5. For the filling, finely chop the boiled eggs and herbs and mix. For breading, in a small bowl, shake the egg with a fork, add vegetable oil, milk, soy sauce.
  6. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Pour flour and bread crumbs into flat plates.
  7. Having moistened your hands under cold water or greased with vegetable oil, divide the minced meat into portioned pieces, form a cake about 1 cm thick from each piece, in the center of which put a little filling in a slide. Connect the edges of the cake, shape the zraza. Fold the blinded zrazy in a flat container, cover with foil and put in the freezer for about 1 hour. Do not freeze zrazy, but only cool well so that they keep their shape.
  8. Dip the zrazy in flour, then dip in the egg mixture and roll in breadcrumbs.
  9. Fry zrazy from all sides in well-heated oil until tender (until golden brown). Garnish to taste - mashed potatoes, vegetable salad, rice, etc.
