I only recently learned that you can make salads with instant noodles. A friend told me about one of them (with Korean carrots) and assured me that it turns out very tasty. At first, I reacted to such a treat with disdain and suspicion, but, nevertheless, my curiosity got the better of it and I decided to try to cook it. And what do you think, it turned out quite edible and even tasty. Having searched a little on the Internet, I found some more interesting recipes, which I will share below. All salads with "Rollton" are prepared simply and quickly, I think these recipes will come in handy during the summer season, when you need to cook something simple, satisfying and quick.

Salad with noodles w / p and Korean carrots

Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise.

Initially, there was no cheese in the recipe, but I decided to add, in my opinion, it will not be superfluous there. Korean carrots can be taken ready-made or cooked on your own.

Add diced sausage and cheese to the carrots. Knead the noodles right in the pack, then open and pour into the salad. We fill with mayonnaise and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.

Rollton vermicelli salad with cucumber

Ingredients:

  • "Rollton" - 2 packs,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 2 pickles.
  • Mayonnaise,
  • Sour cream.

Chop the vermicelli and pour into a deep plate. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, pour cold water after cooking, and then peel them. Cut eggs and cucumbers into cubes. Mix everything and season with a sauce of mayonnaise and sour cream. Add noodles seasoning to taste, add additional salt if necessary. Let the salad sit for about 15 minutes to soften the noodles.

Salad with noodles w / p with garlic

Ingredients:

  • B / p noodles - 1 pack,
  • eggs - 2 pcs.,
  • fresh carrots,
  • a couple of garlic cloves,
  • mayonnaise,
  • sour cream.

Chop the noodles, pour into a plate, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise, then stir and leave for 20 minutes.

Boil the eggs, then grate them. Grate the carrots as well. Chop the garlic in any convenient way. Mix all the ingredients with the noodles, add the missing mayonnaise and serve!

Rolton noodle salad with sausage

Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli b / p - 2 packs,
  • Sausage,
  • Fresh cucumber,
  • Onion,
  • Mayonnaise,
  • Sour cream,
  • Greens.

The method of preparation is identical to the previous ones: the noodles must be chopped, the remaining ingredients must be cut into cubes. Mix everything together, season with mayonnaise and sour cream, add greens and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs,
  • crab sticks - 1 pack,
  • Rollton - 1 pc.,
  • fresh cucumber,
  • greens,
  • mayonnaise.

Chop the vermicelli. Boil eggs, cut into cubes. In the same way, cut the cucumber and crab sticks, mix everything together, season with mayonnaise and add herbs.

Rollton salad with canned corn

  • Noodles b / p - 2 packs,
  • sausage,
  • corn or green peas,
  • fresh cucumber or bell pepper,
  • mayonnaise.

Chop the noodles, add the corn, and the diced sausage, cheese, and ogruchik. Season with mayonnaise and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.

These are such unpretentious salads. I guess you guessed it that the ingredients can be changed depending on what you have in the fridge and relying on your own taste. Enjoy!

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

Chicken eggs must be boiled before cooking. To do this, simply place them in a small saucepan, cover with cold water and put on fire. When the liquid boils, turn down the power and cook for 10-12 minutes... Immediately remove the boiled eggs from hot water and transfer to ice cold water, and, as soon as they cool, peel the ingredients from the shell. Cut clean boiled eggs into small cubes.

Step 2: prepare the noodles.



Instant vermicelli, without taking it out of the package, crush it into small pieces with your hands. Then, having opened the bags, pour their contents into a deep plate and add mayonnaise and sour cream there. Stir everything and leave until the vermicelli swells, it should increase in size and become softer. Important: remember to remove the spices as they are usually packaged in separate small sachets.

Step 3: prepare the corn.



Open the jar of corn and, carefully holding the contents with a tablespoon, drain the liquid.

Step 4: prepare the sausage.



Remove the skin from the sausage by gently prying it with the tip of a knife. Cut the ingredient into thin strips - strips, or chop it into small cubes, depending on your desire and preference.

Step 5: prepare the onion.



Peel the onion as usual. Chop the vegetable into very small pieces, because this ingredient should not stand out from the general background, but be present only with a light taste.

Step 6: prepare the tomatoes.



Rinse the tomatoes with warm running water and cut out the seal. This ingredient should be crumbled into small cubes, but larger than onions.

Step 7: form the instant noodle salad.



Place the noodles soaked in a sour cream-mayonnaise mixture with tomatoes, onions, eggs and sausage, and pour canned corn there. Stir the salad well. Try it, if you find it necessary to add salt or other spices, then by all means do it, for my taste there is enough in the salad and so on.

Eat the instant noodle salad right away, otherwise it will soften and become much less tasty. Of course, it is a full-fledged dish and no side dish is needed for it, so you can simply quickly cook it up for breakfast, lunch or dinner if time is critically short and you really want to eat.

100 grams of chicken fillet
2 ripe tomatoes
