2. Add a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce and chopped dill to the minced fish. Cut the tomato into cubes and add. If the vegetable is small, then take a couple of pieces. Add salt, stir the filling.

3. Immediately divide the peeled potatoes in half. Coarsely grate one part, put it in a mold, salt it, level it and cover it with a layer of minced fish and tomatoes.

4. Fill the filling with the second part of the potato, grated in the same way, level it, but do not compact it.

5. Mix sour cream with egg, pour the casserole on top, level it and put it in the oven. Cook for about 35 minutes, the top should be browned and the fish should be cooked through.

Mushroom potato casserole with minced meat and tomatoes

A version of an amazingly tasty, juicy and satisfying casserole with the addition of not only tomatoes, but also mushrooms. There are champignons here. But the same dish can be prepared with honey mushrooms and other mushrooms. You don’t have to take the fresh version; it also works great with salted mushrooms. The potatoes are raw, there is no need to cook anything.

Ingredients

· 500 g minced meat;

· 200 g mushrooms;

· 8 potatoes;

· 2 onions;

· 1 sweet pepper;

· 3 tomatoes;

· 150 g cheese.

Cooking method

1. Peel all vegetables. Chop the onions and add to the minced meat. Chop the sweet bell pepper there, add salt and mix.

2. We will use champignons raw. If these are other mushrooms, then boil them, then cut them into neat slices.

3. Cut the peeled potatoes into circles and also the tomatoes.

4. Place about 4 potatoes into the mold, that is, half. But we don’t just pour it out, we lay it out. Then a layer of minced meat, and mushrooms on it. Lubricate them with a little mayonnaise or sour cream. Place tomato slices on top of the mushrooms.

5. Cover it all with potatoes, salt, cover with cheese and cover with the remaining mayonnaise.

6. Cook without foil for 45 minutes. The temperature for such a prefabricated casserole is 180 degrees.

Lenten potato casserole with minced meat and tomatoes

Another option for casserole with mushrooms, but minced meat will be made from them. This is a Lenten recipe, all ingredients are cooked in vegetable oil. To hold the layers together, a small amount of flour is added to the potatoes.

3. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil, but not for very long. Add mushrooms to them, simmer together, add crushed garlic at the end, don’t forget to salt and pepper the minced mushrooms.

4. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, but you can also cut them into slices. Finely chop the dill.

5. Spread the potato mixture with flour, then a layer of minced mushrooms, tomatoes and sprinkle with dill. Topping it all off is a layer of mashed potatoes.

6. Grease the potatoes with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with small crackers, but not a lot.

7. Place the dish in the oven. We determine the readiness of the casserole by eye; on average, the process will take from 15 to 25 minutes. We make the temperature high, at least 200 degrees.

Potato casserole with minced meat and tomatoes - useful tips and tricks

· There is no need to sprinkle the tomatoes with salt, otherwise they will leak very quickly and begin to release a lot of juice.

· Any casserole will taste better with a layer of grated cheese, but it is important to add it at the right moment. If you immediately add raw potatoes, the crust will turn out dry, not very tasty, and may burn. It is better to add 15 minutes before the end. You can also sprinkle it right away, but grease it with mayonnaise or sour cream on top. Then the cheese will definitely not burn.

· It is advisable to sprinkle a casserole dish made from grated boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes with crackers or flour, then the dish will have a crispy and very pleasant crust on the bottom and sides.
