Wash the potatoes thoroughly and, without peeling them, cut them in half. Divide the peeled onion into 4 parts, and the garlic cloves into halves. We also peel and cut the carrots into slices. Sprinkle chicken drumsticks with chicken seasoning. Place vegetables in the pan, add salt and pepper, and place chicken legs on top. Combine lemon juice with vegetable oil. Pour the resulting mixture over our products and bake in a well-heated oven. In about 40 minutes the dish will be ready to serve.

  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • potatoes – 1 kg;
  • pepper;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml.

Wash the chicken drumsticks, dry them and place them in a deep container. Pour in vegetable oil, add finely chopped garlic, pepper and salt. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and also add some salt. Place the potatoes in a baking sleeve and place the chicken drumsticks on top. We fasten the edges of the sleeve. Bake our dish in a moderately heated oven for about an hour. If you want to get a golden brown crust, cut the sleeve 20 minutes before the end of the cooking process.

I place chicken drumsticks on top of the vegetables.

I let the air out of the bag as much as possible and tie it tightly. I pierce it in several places so that steam escapes and the bag does not break during baking.
I bake chicken drumsticks and vegetables in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour.
Then I cut the bag and check the drumsticks for doneness with a wooden stick. I pierce the drumstick in the thickest place and if a clear liquid comes out, then the meat is ready. If the liquid is pink, then continue baking until done.
