Cooking step by step:

I spent a long time choosing meat and settled on pork loin. I like the aroma of baked pork, its juiciness and rich taste. You can experiment with any type of meat, getting a new dish each time.

We cut the loin into large portions, beat it with a hammer to a thickness of one centimeter, not thinner.

It is advisable to rinse the meat in large pieces so that the nutrients are not washed out with water, and only then, if necessary, cut across the grain into portioned pieces.
