While the dough is simmering, I prepare the filling. Using a mixer, thoroughly beat the sour cream with eggs, flour, sugar and vanilla. I cut the washed apples in half and remove the cores. Then I cut it into thin slices. I generally don't peel the fruit, but if it's very thick or damaged, it's best to get rid of it.

After half an hour, carefully place the slices in a circle in a cooled form with dough. I pour sour cream on top and put it in an oven preheated to 180C for about an hour. The time depends on the oven; after 40 minutes you should check to see if it’s done.

The pie, prepared according to Marina Tsvetaeva’s recipe, is served and cut completely cold, otherwise its unique filling will leak out. The pie should be stored in the refrigerator, although given how delicious it is, it is unlikely that it will survive that long!

    The upside-down pie is made with caramel. It requires the following ingredients: 240 g each of flour, butter and sugar, 4 eggs and apples, 2 tsp each. baking powder and cinnamon, a pinch of vanillin.

    1. To prepare caramel, mix 90 g of butter, 120 g of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Cook the ingredients over medium heat until smooth.
    2. The apples, straight with the peel, are cut into small slices and placed in a greased form. The fruit is topped with caramel.
    3. Beat the eggs, remaining sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Afterwards, the remaining butter and flour, sifted with baking powder, are sent to them.
    4. A stiff dough is kneaded and placed on top of the apples.
    5. The pie is cooked at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes.

    After cooling, the baked goods are turned over onto a plate with the filling facing up.

    Cooking in a slow cooker

    The easiest way to bake apple pie is in a slow cooker. To do this you need to take: 180 g each of sugar and flour, 3 eggs, 2 sour apples, a pinch of salt, butter.

    1. Beat eggs with salt and granulated sugar with a mixer until fluffy foam.
    2. Flour is added to the sweet egg mass and the ingredients are mixed well.
    3. Place half of the dough into a greased multicooker bowl, then slices of peeled apples and then the dough again.
    4. In the “Baking” mode, the dessert is prepared in 55 minutes.

    The lid of the device must be closed during cooking.
